Join us for an event in honor and remembrance of our donor heroes. View your loved one’s name (first name and last initial) displayed proudly on the Remembrance Wall and create a keepsake impression of their name.
To ensure each family has enough time at the Remembrance Wall to create their keepsake impressions, an RSVP is required. If you are unable to attend but would like a keepsake impression of your loved one’s name mailed to you, the form below will allow you to make that request.
Donor hero names are rotated annually, and the wall currently honors 2021 and 2022 donor heroes.
Please note: Due to laws associated with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), your loved one’s name will appear on the wall with their first name and last initial only.
