The Top Workplaces 2018 award is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a leading research firm specializing in employee engagement and workplace improvement. Among the aspects of workplace culture measured are alignment, execution and connection.

“We are honored to receive the Top Workplace award for the third year in a row,” said Kellie Hanner, president and chief executive officer of Indiana Donor Network. “Being named a Top Workplace means we are fostering an environment where we can be leaders in organ and tissue recovery.”

Indiana Donor Network earned its first Top Workplace award in 2016.
