Our Professional Service Coordinators (PSCs) partner with hospitals across Indiana to facilitate the organ donation process. Working with administrators, medical staff and donor councils at Indiana hospitals, PSCs are regularly on site to offer a number of support services. We are excited to welcome our newest the the Professional Service team, Amanda Kuczmanski! Amanda will be serving the northwest Indiana territory. Let’s take a few moments to get to know her below.

Name: Amanda Kuczmanski

Role: Professional Service Coordinator

Department: Professional Services

Tell us a little about yourself. What are your hobbies? How do you like to spend your time away from work?

I’m a mother of 2 very precious little boys. They keep me on my toes every day. My husband and I just celebrated our five year wedding anniversary. You’ll usually always see me smiling or laughing. I love to shop – basically for EVERYTHING. I enjoy decorating, we recently just purchased a new house, so I’ve been enjoying decorating each room.

Do you have a personal connection to donation/transplantation?

Yes. My, mother-in-law received a kidney transplant and my father received tissue donation for his hand and arm.

What made you choose this field of work?

Honestly the mission! I have always had a passion for helping people and I knew Indiana Donor Network was just the place. Seeing how the whole process impacts everyone involved is just amazing and rewarding.

What most excites you about working at Indiana Donor Network?

Since the moment I started the interview process, everyone I have meet is passionate about the organization and the mission. I’m excited to be apart of such a great team and to also live out my same passion for the mission.
