Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Indiana Donor Network Foundation, a 501(c)(3) subsidiary of Indiana Donor Network, exists to support the people most impacted by organ and tissue donation: transplant recipients, patients waiting for a lifesaving transplant and the families of donor heroes.
Through both general contributions and dedicated funds — including the Angel Fund, Bryan Clauson Legacy Fund, Donor Memorial Fund and Scholarship Fund — we provide direct financial assistance, emotional support and healing opportunities to those navigating the transplant journey or grieving the loss of a loved one who gave the gift of life.
At the Donor Memorial inside Indiana Donor Network Headquarters, the family of a donor hero pauses to reflect on their loved one’s legacy — a lasting tribute to a selfless individual who gave the gift of life.
Ari, Ma’Lasijah and Vivi who have attended Donor Hero Camp together for several years, share what attending camp has meant to them with Angel Fund Gala guests.
Our mission is further advanced through the successful hosting of several key fundraising events throughout the year, including:
- Angel Fund Gala: This prestigious evening event brings together business and healthcare executives, clinicians and community partners to celebrate the lifesaving gift of organ donation and raise funds for the Angel Fund, which allows up to 100 children related to donor heroes to attend our annual Donor Hero Camp at no cost to their families. It also provides financial assistance to those waiting on a lifesaving transplant or those who have received the gift of life.
- Fore Life Open: Our annual golf tournament, at the coveted Brickyard Crossing, is where participants enjoy a day on the greens while contributing to critical funds for families of donor heroes and transplant recipients.
- Strut 2 Save Lives: This vibrant community event features a fun and energetic dog walk and aims to raise awareness about organ donation while encouraging more people to register as donors. Funds raised go toward the Bryan Clauson Legacy Fund, which provides support for families of donor heroes during the donation process.
- Walk to Save Lives: Our highest-attended event each year, the Walk to Save Lives takes place in downtown Indianapolis, where we welcome families of donor heroes, transplant recipients, living donors, healthcare partners and anyone else across the state to walk together in support of organ and tissue donation, with the goal of increasing public awareness and honoring those impacted by donation and transplantation.
Corporate sponsors are essential to our success. Your support ensures more of the funds raised go directly to the people who need them most — those living through the challenges and triumphs of donation and transplantation. In return, sponsors receive meaningful visibility, community recognition and a clear connection to a cause that saves and transforms lives.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a lasting impact. We look forward to partnering with you to extend hope and healing to more individuals and families across our state.

Angel Fund Gala
Every year, the Angel Fund Gala features an incredible silent auction, filled with unique items and unforgettable experiences donated by our generous partners and local businesses. 100% of the proceeds for the event, including those from the auction, go directly to supporting the families of donor heroes, transplant recipients, and those waiting for a life-saving transplant.
The gala features an evening of fine dining, inspiring stories and live entertainment, creating an opportunity for attendees to engage with and support a cause that makes a real difference. In 2025, the Angel Fund gave out $42,190.73 in medication assistance, $5,344.51 in parking passes and gas cards, and $46,635.15 on Donor Hero Camp.
A special highlight of the evening is the presentation of the Champions for Donation awards. These awards recognize individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the field of organ and tissue donation, celebrating their dedication and impact.

Strut 2 Save Lives
Funded by the Bryan Clauson Legacy Fund, the Bryan Clauson Legacy Suite is a one-of-a-kind intensive care room at Indiana Donor Network. The suite provides a private space for families to spend time with their loved one as preparations are made for them to become a donor hero.
This dynamic community event is inspired by the legacy of Bryan Clauson, a beloved Indiana native racecar driver, donor hero, brother and son. In 2016, Bryan saved five lives as an organ donor and healed countless others as a tissue donor.
This vibrant event features a spirited dog walk in Noblesville, bringing together participants to celebrate Bryan’s legacy, advocate for organ donor registration and support the Bryan Clauson Legacy Fund.
The Bryan Clauson Legacy Fund provides critical support to families affected by organ donation and transplantation. It offers financial assistance for medical expenses, travel and other essential needs, ensuring that families can focus on their loved ones’ donation and their own grief without added stress. In 2025, the BC Legacy Fund utilized $20,724 to assist donor families. Through this support, 59 donor hero families received assistance with essential expenses, including hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals.
